If there is no condemnation to those who walk after the Spirit then does that mean there is condemnation for those who do not? I believe the answer to that question is, “Yes!” Why do I believe that? Simply because walking in the Spirit means to walk in obedience to God’s Word concerning all things, and to walk in the flesh is to do otherwise. So if we are walking in the Spirit in obedience to God’s Word, there is no condemnation; God will bless us for our obedience, but if we are walking contrary to God’s Word, we are condemning ourselves to the fate of the results of unbelief. We cannot be a believer in God and walk contrary to God’s Word.

In Isaiah, Matthew, and 1 Peter, the Word of God tells us the reason Jesus bore the stripes upon His back was for our healing. If we do not believe that what God said the purpose of those stripes were  for, we are condemning ourselves to the whims of illness. The bible also teaches that Christ became poor that we might be rich. If we do not believe God’s Word telling us we have a right to prosper in this life because we live in obedience to His Word, then we are condemning ourselves to a life of lack. And if we do not believe we have a right to a sound mind as so stated by the Apostle John in his third letter to the church, then we are condemning ourselves to a life of mental struggle. James, the brother of Jesus said, a man who cannot control his thought life is like a wave of the sea tossed to and fro and unstable in all of his ways, and for that person not to think that he will receive anything from God. (My paraphrase) And the Book of Hebrews tells us, “Without faith, it is impossible to please God.” This scripture is telling us when we live a life denying God’s Word which is the foundational truth of all creation, we are living in unbelief. To put it very simply; God cannot, and would not even if He could, act in our behalf when we walk in unbelief or contrary to His Word. Who would honor those who do not believe them? No one. God can only honor those who honor Him, and we honor Him by walking in obedience to His Word.

Jesus tells us in Luke 6:38 to, “Give, and it shall be given unto you, good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over shall men give into your bosom. For with the measure that you use to give out, it shall be measured back to you again.” And we say to God, “That giving stuff doesn’t work. I tried it one time and nothing happened.” The reason God’s wants to prosper His children is so we can be a blessing to others, but rather than being blessed, many people condemn themselves to lack and illness because of their unbelief. Not understanding that if we think living with lack and illness somehow promotes Godliness, we have been lied to and are really condemning ourselves to a life of lack and illness. There is no way lack and illness makes us more humble or more holy; it just means we are broke and sick. And if we can’t help ourselves, how do we think we can be a blessing to anyone else? What that person really needs to do is take a drive down a country road during the spring planting season and study the farmer and why he plants seeds. If you know anything about farming, you will soon realize he takes the seed he plans to plant to the field to be planted in a pick up truck. But when harvest time comes, he takes tractor-trailer trucks down to that same field to haul it out. Try telling the farmer, “The Giving Principle doesn’t work, and he will laugh in your face.” If giving didn’t work, you better believe he wouldn’t be wasting his time buying bags of seed for the spring planting season.

To make a long story short; the person who is obedient to God’s Word has God’s blessings upon their life because God watches over His Word to perform it in their behalf, but the person who does not believe God; condemns themselves to the whims of illness, lack, and mental instability. It doesn’t make sense to me, but if that is all people expect out of life, they will reap the results of what they believe. DThrash

As Christians are finding out in this present day and time; it is very hard for a religious man to remain pure when sex is always present and operating openly tempting him and especially so when the sex temples of today, ie., the internet, movies, and a multitude of other electronic devices are always up and running, broadcasting their seductive messages into every home in America and many other countries of the world.

Now, like then, God’s people do not seem to understand, the presence of God is in our midst. His power defeats the enemy, but our mouth, hands and feet deliver His message and carry out His work. If we will not settle for less than God’s best for us which is found in His Word, our Holy Bible, our Promise Land, every blessing in them are for us to partake of, but only if we drive out from our midst the gods of sex and greed which is corrupting every aspect of our society. Then the full blessings of God will be upon His people. The sad truth is… once again, like the Israelites of old, God’s people are settling for less because they are comfortable. And if God’s people don’t wake up before long and take notice of what is going on around us… God’s people will find their Promised Land has been over run by the very enemy we allowed to live among us all this time.

Now don’t get me wrong or misunderstand what I am saying; I am not talking about America as being the Promise Land; I am talking about our faith, our religious freedoms, our God given rights to worship our heavenly Father in spirit and truth openly and unashamedly are under attack from every side, and more specifically the religious minded who do not know God or His Son, not only here in America, but around the world. Paul wrote to his young protege, Timothy, “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth.” Christians will not be defeated even though we are outnumbered if we know what God has promised to us, are tireless in our efforts, and follow the leading of the Lord because He dwells in our midst. This is not the first time the Israelites had been this close to entering their Promise Land. Forty years before they had stood in this very place and sent spies into the land to spy out the cities, the people, the lay of the land and the produce it grew. When the spies returned they came back with a very promising report of the greatness of the land and the size of the fruit the land produced, but they also told the people after seeing the inhabitants of the land, “We were as grasshoppers in our own sight.”

This was the wrong thing to say in front of the Almighty God who was in their midst and who had delivered them from the Egyptians, sent an angel to be a cloud by day and a fire by night, who had opened the Red Sea for them to cross on dry ground, and then used their escape route to destroy Pharaoh and the Egyptian Army. Their fear of the people of the land caused them to spend forty years in the desert wilderness while all of them died off never receiving the promises God had made to their forefathers.

Now, their children are standing in the same place their parents had stood forty years before receiving the same promises from Moses who is encouraging them by telling them they will be led into their Promise Land by Joshua and Caleb the only two remaining original spies who had entered Canaan Land forty years before and had came back with a positive report that they were more than able to take the land. Before them lay all the blessings God intended to bestow upon their parents, but who had refused to go in and enjoy them. They were going into their Promise Land at harvest time so the Israelites would harvest crops they hadn’t planted, live in houses, cities, farms and villages they did not build, dig ore from mines they hadn’t dug, and drink fresh water from wells ready for use. Everything was in place for the children of God to move into. There was only one problem, those enemies that were in the land when the spies first visited Canaan Land still occupied the land and would have to be removed before the Israelites could partake of their blessings. The good news was… God was going to provide the power and do all the hard work for them and all they had to do was cleanup after him. This they did for a number of years, but none of the twelve tribes completely drove the enemy out of their tribal lands. In other words, the Israelites disobeyed God and settled for less than what He had promised them. They took enough land to make them happy and comfortable and left the enemies they didn’t drive out to themselves not understanding they (the Israelites) were going to grow in number and need more land to expand upon which would not be there for them to do that. As they grew in number and strength so did the enemies they let live in the land with them. DThrash

At the time my father made the decision to move to a new place; my life was on a downhill slide and it was going downhill faster than a bobsled racing down an icy course. By this time there was no doubt in my mind that my death was close at hand, but God hadn’t given up on me, even though I, and everyone else had. Then came the day when I had to make a hard decision with a thousand voices screaming in my head, “You want to die, you know you have to die.” After what seemed like an eternity of those demons from hell pushing me to make a decision, in the midst of all those screaming voices, I heard the small still voice of God speaking very calmly to me, and saying “Do you really want to die?” I was a heathen and I had never sought the Lord about anything, but I knew who was talking to me even though I had never heard His voice before. Those screaming demons also knew who He was because they all shut up when He began to speak. I said to that small still voice, “No! I don’t want to die, I want to live.” That day was thirty-two years ago and I have never heard from those screaming voices again. I used the terms ‘small’ and ‘still’ to describe the voice who spoke to me, but though the voice was calm and small, it was the most powerful voice I have every heard. It was unmistakable and demanded respect and it received it from the screaming demons who had been badgering me to come to a decision I didn’t want to make. Another year would pass before I would hear that same small still voice speak to me again, saying, “If you will open the door of your heart, I will come in.” I did, and He did. This time there were no screaming demons badgering me and the voice was indeed small and still, yet unmistakable and easily identifiable. The story of that encounter with God can be read in my testimony titled, “The Conversion of a Dirty Old Man.” That was a miracle! God took the ashes of my ruined life and used those same ashes to make something beautiful out of them. Am I perfect? NO! A long way from it, but I have a family who think I am, and that’s what is important to me.

When I was a sophomore in college, my mother went into the hospital with a hole in her big intestine. She was in this one hospital for nine months receiving nothing but sugar water to sustain her while the hole in her stomach supposedly healed. It didn’t. She underwent a total of five operations at this hospital and only grew worse. Finally, the doctors decided to transfer her to another hospital in a bigger city and I went to spend that time with her sleeping on a cot the hospital staff had set up in her room for me. After she had been in that hospital for a couple of months she went into a coma and started hemorrhaging from every orifice in her body. Her doctor came to me one day and told me I should call the family in because she wouldn’t live another couple of days. I did as the doctor told me and notified the family, then I sat down and wrote a letter to her I intended to put in her casket at her funeral. That evening I was in her room reading when she woke up for a couple of minutes and told me to call someone to come anoint her with oil, then she slipped back into her coma. I was a heathen and I had no idea what she was talking about. We weren’t a church going family then, but I figured it had something to do with religion, so I found a phone book and opened it to the church listings in the yellow pages and started with the A’s making phone calls asking if anyone there believed in anointing with oil. After several calls I found someone who said, “Yes, we do.” I went back to the room and waited, but no one showed up and I fell asleep. I awoke sometime later when I heard someone come into her room. The man who entered her room never said a word to me. He was dressed like one of the spies you would see in a James Bond movie with the black hat and black topcoat standing on a street corner waiting for his target to come by. I saw him go to my mothers bedside and reach into his pocket and pull something out, open it, and touched my mothers forehead with his finger while mumbling some words over her I couldn’t hear.

The next morning I woke up to the sound of laughter and people talking. I thought I was surely dreaming, but when I opened my eyes, my mother was sitting up in bed laughing and talking with her nurses who were all excited. They, too, had expected her to die. No one expected to see her sitting up in bed looking as fresh as a daisy. Not only had my mother been hemorrhaging from every orifice in her body when the doctor told me to call the family in, but her skin had been the color of an orange. Now she had her natural flesh color back and was laughing and talking and having a good time with the nurses. That was a miracle.

One night while I was sleeping, I was bitten by a spider and within just a few hours my leg turned blue, purple, yellowish green and was swollen half again it normal size. On the bosses orders I left work and went to stay at my mothers house. As the day passed my leg coloration darkened and by the next morning my leg was black from the knee down, and my mother said to me, “Son, you will lose that leg if you don’t go to the emergency room.” I said to her, “No mom. This leg is healed by the stripes that Jesus bore.” Nothing changed that day or night. When I got up on the third morning, my leg was still just as black as it had been for the past two day and nights and my mother said to me, “If you are not going to the doctor, would you at least soak it in Epsom Salts water?” I said, “My leg is healed by the stripes that Jesus bore, but to appease you mom, I will soak it in the Epsom Salts.” By noon that day my leg was perfectly healed and I returned to work shortly thereafter to the amazement of my boss. That was a miracle. And all of these events I have called miracles took place in my family alone. There are some 5.5 billion people on earth and many of them could call some of the events that has taken place in their lives a miracle.

Now you may disagree with me about miracles taking place today, and that’s okay. I believe in miracles and many of them have come my family’s way over the years. I could have written about the time when my back was healed, or the time my hemorrhoids were healed, or the time when my teeth were healed, or I could have written about the Sunday afternoon a drunk lady tried to kill me by ramming her brand new sports car into a guard rail at a 135 mph totaling out her car and all I received out of that ordeal was a scratch on my forearm, or I could have written about the time as a youth when I was making a carbide bomb in a glass gallon jug and the bomb exploded while I was bent over it tightening the lid and not a single shard of glass touched me or my clothing, if you are not sure what I mean by that, it means… standing over that gallon jug of carbide and water mix when it exploded was like standing over a hand grenade when it goes off and not a single piece of shrapnel touching you. Your chances of not being blown to bits from either of them is practically nil; or I could have written about the time an older boy dropped a cherry bomb down my trousers and it went off without so much as singeing a hair or damaging my trousers, but boy did that guy pay when I returned a short time later with my Red Rider BB gun and shot him between the eyes and stood by watching the blood squirt out of his head, or I could have written about the time a guy shot at me with a shot gun from close range and not a pellet touched me, or I could have written about the time my brother received a heart transplant the same day he went on the heart transplant list, or when Jesus appeared in my brothers hospital room when he was on his death bed after suffering a major heart attack, and many other things that God has done in our life. But people probably wouldn’t believe those stories either, but that’s okay. My family and I believe in miracles because we have received so many of them and that’s what matters. DThrash

We are told by Jesus where our health problems and afflictions come from that also affected the paralyzed man in John 5, and the woman with the issue of blood in Luke 8. Jesus said this woman in Luke 13 had a spirit of infirmity and we are told by Jesus that this spirit was from Satan and because she was a descendant of Abraham, she was entitled to be a whole person, not afflicted by a spirit of infirmity that was stealing her livelihood. This lady had been delivered from her spirit of infirmity on the day God made His covenant with Abraham back in Genesis 15, but she hadn’t been taught her covenant rights at the synagogue she attended. So Jesus asked the religious leader who should have taught her her covenant rights under the Abrahamic Covenant, “Ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham be loosed?” Do you understand what Jesus is telling us in this story? Religious practices lead to bondage because religious leaders do not instruct their followers what their covenant rights are. And because they don’t teach their congregations their covenant rights, their congregations are oppressed, sick, broke and disgusted.

Jesus did not come into Israel preaching a new gospel to the children of God. He taught them their covenant rights under the Abrahamic Covenant which included healing, deliverance, and victory over death and then demonstrated it before the people. When Jesus came into Israel devils were operating freely among God’s children afflicting them with every malady known to man, just like they are doing in the modern-day church. Religion is only a form of Christianity. Religion picks out the parts of God’s Word they like and discards the rest by saying that part of God’s Word passed away with the apostles. What that does is assist Satan in binding up God’s people and allows him to run amok among their congregations doing as he pleases. Not so with true Christianity as Jesus proved. Jesus told the religious leader that this lady had a legal right to be a whole person because of the covenant Abraham had with God.

Now let me bring this home. We have a better covenant with God than this lady had through Abraham because our covenant relationship with God is through His Son, Jesus Christ, the Word of God, who was slain for our sins and served our penalty in hell. Because of the covenant between Jesus Christ and His Father of which we are the beneficiaries; we don’t have to be oppressed, sick, broke and disgusted. Why? Because we were set free of the power of Satan on the day Jesus died. Jesus came into Israel doing for God’s people what the religious leaders should have been doing. He was teaching and applying God’s covenant rights to the lives of everyday people. The modern-day church has the same mission. In Matthew 28 we have the commandment from Jesus to go into all the world and teach the people what He had personally commanded His disciples to do back in Matthew 10:5. “These twelve Jesus sent out and commanded them saying… And as you go, preach, saying, the kingdom of God is at hand, heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils, freely you have received, freely give.” I know someone will say, “Jesus only sent them to the lost sheep of Israel”, I know that but they had not yet been baptized in nor filled with the Holy Spirit which wouldn’t take place until later, at which time they were ordered to go first to Jerusalem, then to Judea, and to the outer most part of the earth. Point number two, Jesus had not yet died and established the new covenant under which they would working and teaching from.

The work Jesus did created a powerful force of jealousy and separated Him from the religious leaders. They considered Him a threat to their power structure and control over the people. Religion has the same problem today with a real Christian. When a man of God comes preaching God’s Word in its fullness and miracles begin to happen wherever he goes; that man is said to be doing the work of Satan. They also said the same thing about Jesus when He was on the earth. So we are in pretty good company don’t you think.

Sickness and disease is an illegal act by Satan that robs life from God’s children. What right does a criminal have to inflict pain and injury upon law abiding citizens? None. That criminal act is against the law, or illegal and Satan is a criminal who has already been sentenced to death for what he has done, and is doing. Ignorance of what God has done for us allows Satan’s criminal actions to take place just like ignorance of her covenant rights allowed Satan to do what he did to this lady in our story. She suffered horrendously for a long time because her religious leaders turned a blind eye to Satan’s activities and to her painful condition. Do you understand that? Their concern was for what they could get from her, not what they could do for her. The times haven’t changed; the same devils are operating in the world today that were operating in Israel at the time of Christ, so Christians are still being bound by Satan because they are not being taught their covenant rights by their pastors. Knowledge that would allow them to live free of the power of Satan. What we don’t know and aren’t being taught by our pastors allows Satan to come into our life and oppress us, bind up our health, finances, minds, relationships, and so many other things before those things kill us off.

Every Christian has a responsibility to read God’s Word for themselves. If we really want to know the truth about why Jesus had to die and our covenant rights, we need to blow the dust off our bibles and start a daily reading program and ask God to direct our studies and find a church where the whole Word of God is being taught. You only benefit from what you learn if you apply it to your life. There is no other way to enjoy the freedoms we have been given in Christ Jesus. And in conclusion to my message on suffering needlessly, the book of Genesis tells us Satan is under our feet if we have repented of our sins and made Jesus Christ the Lord of our life. The book of Galatians tells us we have been adopted into the family of God and have become His children… now go and exercise your God given rights as a child of God and crush Satan’s head with the heel of your foot as you have been directed by God Himself. I then went to Luke 8 and the story of the dying daughter of Jairus, who was a ruler of a local synagogue. He went to Jesus seeking His help and Jesus said to Jairus, “Do not be afraid, only believe.” Thus we have the opposing forces a person must contend with to receive the thing they desire from God. A person must overcome their fear of not receiving what they have requested of Him, and they must believe He will do for them what He has promised us in His Word. Jairus put his fear aside and believed God’s Word and his daughter got up from her death bed.

Along about that time they were interrupted by a lady who had an issue of blood. She was considered by Jewish law to be an unclean person because she was bleeding externally. But she had said to herself, and probably more than once, “If I can but touch the hem of His garment, (referring to Jesus) I shall be made whole.” She put forth the effort to get through the crowd to touch Jesus and she received the results she desired. Her blood issue was healed, but not without Jesus realizing someone had touched Him. His disciples questioned His assessment of this unnoticed event because many people were touching Him. But Jesus said the touch He was referring to was different than all the rest; “Somebody touched me, for I perceive power going out of me.” My question to my audience was, “How was it possible for Jesus to know power had gone out of Him?” He knew because according to John 1, He was the Word of God clothed in a human body named Jesus and what this lady did when she came into contact with Jesus, the Word of God, she withdrew enough power from the Word of God to meet her need… The greater the problem, the more power the Word of God applies to it. So the amount of power she had withdrawn from Him was a noticeable amount. Do you understand what I just wrote? When her faith brushed against the power contained in the Word of God… she was healed.

The same power that was present in the Word of God on that day is still available to us today in another form. Then the Word of God on earth was enclosed in the fleshly body of Jesus. Now the Word of God is enclosed between the leather covers of our bibles. When combined with our faith, the written Word of God today is just as powerful as the spoken Word of God Jesus used back then. The Word of God is the Word of God in whatever form it is given to us. Are you with me? “We can get the same results today that the lady with the issue of blood got back then if we will make a draw upon the Word of God and allow the power within it to do its work in us.” (Continued in Part Two of Two) DThrash

The Old Testament prophet Isaiah writes in Isaiah 59:1-15 “Behold the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; nor His ear heavy, that it cannot hear. (God is saying, I’m here to help you, but you won’t let me.)

Your iniquities have separated you from your God; and your sins have hidden His face from you, so that He will not hear. For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue has muttered perversity. No one calls for justice, nor does any plead for truth. They trust in empty words and speak lies; they conceive evil and bring forth iniquity. They hatch vipers’ eggs and weave the spider’s web; he who eats of their eggs dies, and from that which is crushed a viper breaks out. Their web will not become garments, nor will they cover themselves with their works; their works are works of iniquity, and the act of violence is in their hands. Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood; their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths. The way of peace they have not known, and their is no justice in their ways; they have made themselves crooked paths; whoever takes that way shall not know peace. Therefore justice is far from us, nor does righteousness overtake us; we look for light, but there is darkness! For brightness, but we walk in blackness! We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes; we stumble at noonday as at twilight; we are as dead men in desolate places. We all growl like bears, and moan sadly like doves; we look for justice, but there is none; for salvation, but it is far from us. For our transgressions are multiplied before you, and our sins testify against us; for our transgressions are with us, and as for our iniquities, we know them: In transgressing and lying against the Lord, and departing from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood. Justice is turned back, and righteousness stands afar off; for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter. So truth fails, and he who departs from evil makes himself a prey.”

Isaiah wrote these words hundreds of years before Christ visited the earth, and he wrote them because God’s people wouldn’t repent of their wickedness so He could intervene and make things right between them.

Isaiah began his writings with a promise from God in chapter one of his book, “Wash yourselves, make yourself clean; put away the evil of your doings from before my eyes. Cease to do evil, learn to do good; seek justice, rebuke the oppressor; defend the fatherless, plead for the widow. Come now, and let us reason together,” says the Lord, “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red as crimson, they shall be as wool. If you are willing and obedient, you shall eat the good of the land, but if you refuse and rebel, you shall be devoured by the sword; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”

Israel didn’t repent of their sins and they were devoured by the sword more than once. Let’s hope America is smarter because what Isaiah wrote in the 59th chapter is a vivid description of life in America today. We have evil in our hearts and innocent blood on our hands, but the answer is still the same; repent and turn from our wickedness, or we, too, will be devoured by the sword.

Since our salvation is a free gift, we must accept it as such and move forward. We cannot purchase something that is free and God’s free gift to mankind is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord. What separates the sinner from the saint is the sinner has not yet accepted their free gift. That’s why it’s important for those who have already received their free gift to tell the sinner what they are missing out on. God’s free gift covers every aspect of our life from health to wealth and soundness of mind. The things all sinners desire but won’t find in a world where people don’t know the difference between good and evil. When evil is reported as good and good is reported to be evil that is the epitomy of confusion. Up is down and down is up in a topsy-turvey world where the lives of people spin out of control because they do not yet know that God has given them a free gift that will turn their world right side up, remove the confusion from their clouded minds so they can think clearly and see things as they really are.

Our free gift from God is better than waking up on Christmas morning to discover a present under the tree with our name on it from a person we have never met. And just because we don’t know the gift giver, we ignore the gift. However, unbeknownst to us hidden beneath the wrapping paper of our gift was a gift card worth a billion dollars? A billion dollar gift that would have taken care of all of our needs with plenty left over for us to enjoy the rest of our life. That gift would have changed our lives forever, but because we didn’t know the gift giver and weren’t curious enough to open our gift, we continue to live on barely-get-along-street complaining about how unfair life is to us and cursing everyone for our poor state of affairs. While the unknown gift giver sits in amazement watching our life progress downward spiraling out of control, knowing our life would have changed dramatically had we just accepted his free gift and opened it.

That’s how God views the sinner who has yet to open his free gift. He wonders why a person would pass up His free gift to struggle through life never knowing all their problems would have been solved had they opened His gift and put it to work in their life. Unfortunately there are about three and a half billion or more unclaimed free gifts people have not yet accepted that would not only change their lives, but would change the future of the whole world. What a shame! I am amazed that people can so easily be blinded by a fool (Satan) and really think this confused world we live in has anything to offer them besides trouble. DThrash

Now let me ask a question. Who is leading the charge to remove God from the earth? The answer may shock you, but who led the charge against God’s Christ during the days of Jesus? You are so bright. That’s right. The religious leaders of the day. The heathenistic Romans could have cared less about Jesus and what He was doing. It was God’s people, the Israelites, who thought if they could just kill Jesus, then all of His teachings would die with Him and they could continue life as they had for hundreds of years. They were wrong. God was visiting His people and making crooked paths straight, or He was setting things up for what was about to happen. He is doing the same today. He is setting things straight and religious men know something is in the wind and they do not like it because it means change is about to occur. Just like the Jewish priesthood in the days of Jesus did not want to relinquish control of the people to an upstart preacher named Jesus of Nazareth; religious men of today do not want to relinquish their control to God’s Holy Spirit because they profit from their positions at the expense of the majority.

The Jewish priesthood coerced Pilate, a Roman government official, into helping them by saying to him, “Crucify Him, crucify Him, and let His blood be upon our heads and the heads of our children.” (My paraphrase) Pilate, a Roman heathen, did what God’s people asked of him, and the earth soaked up the blood of Jews for two thousand years because of that dumb remark. They cried, they ran, they hid, they did everything they could to escape the long arm of God’s justice, but still their blood ran red and filled the streets and alley ways of many cities of this world and millions of them died from suffering some of the most horrific atrosities mankind has ever witnessed. Many of those same people who cried out to Pilate for the death of Jesus were themselves crucified on crosses and died the same horrible death as the one who came to make the crooked paths straight. Tom Hanks said in the movie Forrest Gump, “Stupid is as stupid does.” It seems to me God’s people hasn’t gotten any smarter in the last twenty centuries. The religious zealots who call themselves tolerance-minded Christians has learned nothing from the mistakes of the religious Jews.

The natural catastrophies we see today are just a foretaste of what is about to take place according to Jesus and His account of the latter days in Matthew chapter twenty-four. Today, it is more than just the Jews who are trying to stop God’s word from going forth. Every nation on earth has been touched by the Word of God, and every nation that rejects His Word is going to be affected by what is about to take place and it isn’t going to be pretty. The liberal church of the religious minded is leading the charge against God this time and enlisting the aid of power hungry heathens to do their dirty work for them, but the Holy Spirit is here to once again separate God’s true church from the false one by making the crooked paths straight because another change is about to occur.

Our own country which was founded upon religious liberties now calls evil good and good evil and are passing laws to outlaw Christianity in an attempt to kick God out of America. God is not welcome in our schools, our local, state, and government buildings, and in many instances in our churches who deny the power of God and are enlisting the aid of our government in an attempt to quench the voice of the Holy Spirit. But try as they might they cannot remove Almighty God from our thoughts. Get ready folks; because God does not take things like this lying down… He is already beginning to push back a little here and a little there to get our attention, if He doesn’t get our attention with this light affliction, He will start pushing back more severely… and America and the rest of the world as we have known it will not resemble its former self.

God is a God who rewards the faithful and punishes the wicked, and when will man learn he makes a weak substitute for god because of his mortality. The life of man is like a flower; it blooms one day and dies the next, or a vapor which now is and is gone within seconds. God is eternal, we are dust of the earth. In our feeble attempt to defeat God, we write laws on paper thinking our paper laws will push God out. Dumb. God writes His laws upon the hearts of men where it is plainly seen by the life we live. God laws are eternal and will never pass away. The laws of man change when the next generation of men comes to power. World leaders know the times are changing. The end of time is close at hand. Something new is about to take place. When God’s people complete their rejection of the Holy Spirit; mankind will have completed their rejection of the Godhead. During the days of Noah man rejected the Father, during the times of Jesus, man rejected His Christ, and during our time, men are rejecting the Holy Spirit and when the last man that will be saved is saved and completes the body of the Bride of Christ, the change will occur and all the crooked paths will have been made straight forever and those folks who fought against God aren’t going to like the changes that are coming. Instead of doing nothing, I should have been trusting and obeying and doing the things I knew to do and my troubles would not have been so great. I didn’t, and suffered tremendously because I thought if nothing was going on that I could see, then nothing was happening period. I was wrong. I dropped my guard and Satan slammed me with a financial problem that took several years to defeat. So when the Lord showed me what was taking place just a short while ago, I knew it was time to write it down in my notes and let others know that when the Lord says, to trust and obey, He really means for us to pray and prepare ourselves for what is about to happen. If we will do that for the Lord, He will take care of everything in the realm into which we cannot see. He’s our behind the scenes person. We take care of the things we can see and He takes care of things we can’t. He covers our back while we take His Good News to a dying world. We receive the reward, He receives the glory. It’s a win-win situation for both of us. Now that’s a great partnership don’t you think? He counts on us to do our part and we count on Him to do His. That’s faith and that’s how the kingdom of God works; and that is an unbeatable combination of what is and what isn’t seen working together that scares the living daylights out of Satan who has already been sentenced to hell for his crimes against God.

This next statement is going to be news to the devil worshiping crowd who think Satan is all-powerful… that he is someone worthy of our respect. Satan is going to light up hell like a roman candle. If people thought “Shock and Awe” lit up Bagdad, that was nothing compared to how God is going to light up hell with Satan for what he has done to mankind by deceiving them into going to that awful place with him. Your salvation was bought and paid for when Christ died for the sins of the whole world. Christ didn’t just die for the saints, He died for the sinner who does not yet know Him, (John 3:16) so you might as well accept God’s free gift of eternal life. If you do not accept your free salvation that has already been bought and paid for; you are choosing hell and eternal torment over heaven and that will be the worse decision you ever made. Death and hell with jaws open is waiting to swallow you up; accept God’s free gift and live. Trust and obey. It’s not that hard. DThrash
