What is this girl’s crime? Why is she the perpretrator instead of the victim of child abuse?
If this incident had taken place in an American family the father would have been in jail a long time ago for child abuse and child endangerment. But because her father is Muslim, and our judges are so placating, he is still walking the streets making death threats. Why is he not in jail?
Any person, group of people, religion, or country, who uses fear tactics to intimidate the people into submission is pure evil and any one who agrees with their philosophy is just as evil.
Rifqa made her decision to escape the fear tactics and beatings of her father for the freedom she saw other people around her enjoying. She is seventeen years old and understands the difference between being free and being a prisoner in her own home. In America under our constitution everyone is suppose to have the right to pursue, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. And that constitution that guarantee’s us freedom to pursue those things also guarantee’s Rifqa the right to live her life her way and not according to the dictates of another person, even if those dictates are coming from her child abusing father.
Set her free!
